The Cotswolds-based company, Vital Spark, which converts, mainly classic, cars to electric power purchased the assets of Sebring International in 2021 which had been dormant in recent years.
The owners have re-launched the Sebring brand as Sebring Sports Cars providing factory-built electric replica sports cars.
